Dance Floor

Pandora had Dagon's hand in hers and she walked in the door of the Mokingjay bar and grill. The music was nice and loud and there were several people out on the dance floor already. It looked like not many of them had had drinks yet though. Dagon gave Panda's hand a squeeze and smiled at her. "This place is pretty awesome!" Dagon said having to shout so that Panda could hear him over the music. She nodded and grinned. This was one of her favorite places other than her own club on this planet. She lead Dagon, Avrion, and Avery across the dance floor and into the other room on the side of the dance floor. It was just a small room for relaxing and taking a break from the music. In this room they could actually hear each other talk. Avrion still held onto Avery's hand. "So what's the plan for the rest of the night?" Avrion asked. Panda shrugged. "It's up to you guys." She said with a smile.

Avery looked around the large bar. Her ears lay down on her head because the music is so loud it is hurting them. She tail twitches slightly. As they walk to the other room she calms slightly and her ears raise a bit. "oh... um... okay..." She was a bit nervous with being in a large crowd and kept glancing around. She wiped a hand quickly over her ear when the new song was much louder than the last one.

Pandora knew that the noise was bothering Avery. "Try to block it out it won't be as loud if you ignore it. We can go get some drinks if you guys want. Or we could go and dance." Panda suggested. Dagon walked behind Panda and wrapped his arms around her waist. He rested his chin on her shoulder and smiled at the others. Avrion gave Avery's hand a squeezze.

"Wait! I forgot about something! One of you have to do something to really overwhelm my emotions... Then the ears and tail will go away and I will have my wings instead!" She smiles and looks very happy she figured that out. "Then we can go do whatever you guys want to!" She giggles.

Pandora shrugged not sure what to do. "Maybe Avrion can think of something. Dagon and I are going to head out to the dance floor." She said with a smile. Panda took Dagon's hand and lead him out to the dance floor, shutting the door behind them. Avrion stood there holding Avery's hand. He had an idea. "I've got an idea." He said his voice trailing off. He put his arms around Avery's waist and pulled her close. He leaned down and kissed her gently.

Avery just stood there shocked for a moment. Her eyes were wide and she was tense. What the hell is happening? Why is he kissing me? God... what did I do? Her thoughts raced at a million miles a minute. Her tail and ears disappeared and her wings started to show. The tips and streaks that were once red are now a strange mix of purple and red. Her eyes reflect the same color.

Avrion continued to kiss her until her tail and ears were completely gone and all that was showing were her wings. He could feel her tense up and immediately regretted kissing her. When her wings were completely there he stepped away and blushed, looking down. He really hoped that she didn't hate him for what he did. Pandora and Dagon were just hanging around the edge of the dance floor. It was still early in the night and it normally took a few drinks to get Panda to dance. She could dance but she was really shy.

Her face turned bright red and she looked at the ground. It was nothing to be worried about right? He was just her brother correct? She swallowed and the red in her eyes and wings started to fade so it was just barely present with the purple.

Avrion sighed. "So..um...You wanna go out there with Panda and Dagon now?" Avrion asked. He was still a few feet away from Avery. He really hoped that Avery wasn't mad at him. Panda and Dagon stood there. Dagon had his arms around Panda's waist from behind once again and they leaned against the railing. The music pounded through their bodies and it was a feeling that Panda had missed greatly.

She looked up at him and smiled. "Yeah.. we probably should." Maybe it is best that we forget this ever happened... She thought to herself. She took his hand again and walk in the direction in which Pandora and Dagon were.

Avrion nodded and let Avery lead him out of the room. He noticed Dagon and Panda standing together against a railing and lead Avery there. "So we ready to get this party started?" Avrion asked grinning. Pandora laughed and smiled and took Dagon's hand pulling him over to the bar. She ordered up some drinks for everyone and carried them back to where they were. With a big smile she handed everyone their drinks and took a large drink from her cup.

Avery grinned and takes the drink from Pandora. She took a drink from her cup. She had no clue what the four of them would do and she still had the smallest hope that Liam would come back and save her before things got out of hand. She doubted that thought because once he started work he never left it unfinished. She knew this from the hundreds of years she had lived with him in Hades.

Dagon took his and Panda's drinks and set them on a table. "Would you dance with me?" Dagon asked. He held out his hand to Panda and smiled. Pandora took his hand and grinned letting him lead her out to the dance floor. Avrion took a nice long drink from his cup before setting it down on the table. He turned to Avery and smiled at her. "May I have this dance?" he asked, holding out his hand to her.

She nodded and giggled. "Yes you may!" She took his hand and allowed herself to be lead to the dance floor. She looked around at the crowd of people. She was still nervous about the crowd. Her winds clung tightly around her body and it seemed like they tried to be as small as possible.

Panda and Dagon danced for about three hours. By the time they sat down panda was drunk. Dagon wondered to himself if Avrion had gotten Avery drunk. It would certainly be funny if both the girls had gotten drunk. Avrion enjoyed dancing with Avery. He was having quite a bit of fun.

Avery still wasn't drunk. It took a lot to get her drunk. It seemed that only herself and Dagon where not drunk but she couldn't be sure how drunk Dagon actually was. She pulled Avrion over to where her other brother and Pandora had sat down. She rolled her eyes slightly and giggled.

Pandora sat and giggled. It normally took a lot to get panda drunk but tonight she was already tipsy. Dagon grinned and put an arm around panda's shoulders. Avrion sat down with Avery and smiled. He took another long drink from his cup.

Suddenly a Lady Gaga song came on over the speaker. Avery giggled and started to sing along to the song. She took another drink from her cup. In her purse her phone goes off but she doesn't know that it goes off. The caller starts to get a bit worried after the 3rd time he calls.

Panda squealed and sang along with Avery. Dagon pulled panda back out onto the dance floor. Avrion took Avery and followed Dagon and Panda out on to the floor. After the gaga song a slow song came on. Avrion wrapped his arms around Avery's waist and smiled.

Avery blushed. She put her arms up around his neck and smiled shyly. Else where Liam has weaseled his way out of work for a few hours. He slips his long black coat over his blood red button-up. He hurried on his way back to Galicon and his angel.

The song seemed to go on forever as Avrion and Avery danced together. Right now he was so happy he felt a if he were back in heaven. Pandora and Dagon danced together. She rested her head on his shoulder and smiled happily. It had been quite a long time since she had danced like this with someone.

Avery still had a blush on her face. Liam went to the house and found they were already gone. He had a bad feeling about all this. He hurried to the Mocking Jay Bar and Grill. He slipped into the club and started to search around for the 4 of them.

After about another minute the song ended. Avrion hugged Avery tight and smiled down at her. Dagon leaned down and kissed Panda. He was really glad that they had gone out that night. He wondered what Liam would say if he had seen Avrion and Avery dancing together.

Avery giggled and hugged her brother. Liam continued to search through the crowd of people. He was growing very tired and frustrated with this search. He was extremely pissed at Pandora right now. Hell, he was pissed at everything right now.
