Ancient Church Ruins

"Aah! Sorry again. I just. You seem cool. So I wanted to make sure you weren't getting hurt. Well, more than you already do to yourself!" He laughed, recalling the tail incident.

Avery laughs along. "Yeah I seem to get in more trouble then I'm worth!" His tail flicks the snow off of it.

"Oh? Is it doing better?" He asked. Obviously it was, as the boy just used it go get snow off of it. But he wanted to make sure.
Suddenly, a loud scream blasted into Dachri's ear, making him yell and fall off of the wall. "AAH!" With it hurting a bit, and combined with the sudden impact from the fall, Dachri just stayed there for a few moments, completely still, before saying "I think you're contagious." and letting out a weak laugh.

Avery looked over the wall and down at Dachri. He then jumped down and landed next to him. "Oh goodness are you alright?! What happened?" He looked a bit worried that the stable looking boy had just toppled off the wall.

"I uh. I have a lot of genres of music on my mp3. And one of them is screamo. And it just so happened that the song started with a deep, growlish scream. And it scared the hell out of me. Because it's been on shuffle, and only piano covers have come on." He lifted himself to a sitting position and rubbed his side.

"Oh I see... That's interesting.." He sits next to Dachri and his tail starts to flick back and forth moving around some snow. His ears twitch slightly for no particular reason.

"Yeah. Pfft! Sorry about that!" As the boy's tail came near him, Dachri couldn't help but poke it. It, obviously, felt like a cat's tail. He really didn't know what he was expecting when he poked it.

His tail twitched quickly as it was poked. Then Avery got bored and his cat ears and tail suddenly changed to look like wolf ears and a fluffy wolf tail. He thumped his tail on the ground quickly.

Dachri backed up a bit out of surprise. "HOLY-- ...Right. Shapeshifter. Jesus. That scared me for a sec. Gah! That's too cool!"

Avery smiled. "Thank you! I can pretty much do any animal.... sometimes even people too!" He smiles and laughs. "Its fun to confuse people with it..."

"Well you've succeeded with this person!" He laughed.
There was silence for a few minutes. "Hm. I don't know about you, But I think I'm gonna explore the planet...ship... thing some more. I've only visited here, so yeah!" Dachri stood up and stretched his back. "It was good meeting you! I hope I see you around!"

"Alright! Good bye I hope you meet the others!" He smiled and waved at the demon boy.

"Me too man, me too." He started walking and waved back. Soon, the tall demon boy was out of view.
